The Organization committee is committed to obtaining consensus, clarity, and cooperation between all who are affiliated with Main Street Beatrice. Affiliates include Main Street Beatrice representatives, downtown business owners and employees, Main Street partners, City representatives, volunteers, civic groups, building owners, and individuals with an interest in the downtown area. These groups play an important role in the support, promotion, and maintaining of a strong and vital Main Street District. Clear, strong communication and consistency with these groups assures that Main Street's programs are applicable and beneficial for the district.

The Organization Committee is enhancing its partner database to better serve the partners and the community. Other activities of this Committee include improving Main Street's brochures and literature to further promote the unique qualities of the district and of Main Street's partners, initiating programs to include business owners or other individuals who have been previously located in the district, hosting appreciation functions, ensuring cooperation, and maintaining and growing relationships.
