The Promotions Committee involves marketing the Main Street district's unique characteristics to shoppers, investors, tourists, and others. This Committee creates a positive image of downtown through retail promotional activity, special events, and ongoing programs. It conveys to the public that the district is an exciting place with lots of activity, lively stores, and quality service.

Examples of Promotion Committee events include an annual Farmers Market, the Magic of Main Street, A Taste of Spring, Night of the Great Pumpkin, Winter Wonderland on Main Street, Christmas on Main Street, and many others.
